Life at Q-linea
Below you'll meet some of our co-workers. We asked them to share what makes working at Q-linea special.

I’ve been at Q-linea for twelve years now, and my goal is to always work here. When I started we were four employees and today we are more than a hundred but it’s still the same culture I would describe our culture as friendly and open. I think it's cool we've managed to keep that even though we're constantly growing. For me it is important that everybody likes it here and that we are welcoming of new colleagues. And we actually have fun together. I mean how many people ever quit their job at Q-linea? And those that do, usually come back after a while. I think that’s telling for the culture here.

What made me interested in working at Q-linea was the product - to be involved with the development of an exciting product and be able to influence that development. Also the people that are working here, I knew some of them already and there’s a great atmosphere, people are very nice here. Really - people are very nice at Q-linea. We always try to improve the way we work and everyone can get their voice heard. There is space to evolve and try new things. There is much to do, but it’s always fun and you get a lot of freedom to control your own work. You get to do many different things and always keep learning. I really like that.

I started in August 2008, Q-linea had been founded in April earlier that year and we were just five people. A lot has happened since then, but the biggest difference for me, is that today we are more specialized in our roles. Back then we had to support each other and do all kinds of things - everyone did everything. However I think we’ve managed to keep that atmosphere of helping each other out and an openness to try new things. There is still opportunity to try a bunch of different things and to have a lot of freedom in your work. We have always been good at doing things in-house and there are always something new to learn. I think that’s something special, that despite us growing a lot, there is still every opportunity to try new things.
